How do I enroll in a course?

Enrollment takes just a few minutes. Browse our Catalog, select your course, and click “Enroll”. You’ll be guided through payment and will receive immediate access to your student dashboard.

What materials will I need?

Each course includes a detailed materials list. Most students start with basic florist tools, quality scissors, and seasonal blooms. We partner with sustainable suppliers and provide discount codes in your dashboard.

Do you offer certificates upon completion?

Yes. Every course awards a digital certificate signed by our lead instructors. Printed certificates are available upon request for an additional fee.

What is your refund policy?

You may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment if you have not completed more than 25% of the course. Contact us at [email protected] to begin a refund request.

Can I learn at my own pace?

Absolutely. All our courses are self-paced with lifetime access. Monthly live sessions and recorded workshops are offered for those who want extra structure.

Are the classes online or in-person?

We offer both formats. Most theory modules are online with beautiful video lessons, while practical workshops and retreats are held in-person at our studio location.

Do I need prior experience with flowers?

No experience is required. Our beginner programs start from the basics, while intermediate and advanced courses assume you know foundational techniques.
